What are the Penticton office hours?
Our Penticton main office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday from 7:45 AM to 1:00 PM, Friday from 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM, and Saturday from 7:45 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Evening hours on Mon/Wed/Thu make it easy to book after work.
Is there free parking at the Penticton office?
Yes. Free street parking is available directly in front of our building at 272 Westminster Ave W. There is also additional public parking nearby on Westminster Avenue. The office is centrally located and easy to access from all major routes in Penticton.
When is the Princeton office open?
Our Princeton satellite office at Vermilion Chiropractic Center (139 Vermilion Ave) is open on Tuesdays and Fridays by appointment. Call (250) 293-6062 to book. Princeton is the only community in the Similkameen Valley with a chiropractic office.
When is the Rock Creek office open?
Our Rock Creek satellite office at 100 Rock Creek Cutoff Road operates on a limited schedule. Please call (250) 449-1364 for current appointment availability. The nearest alternative chiropractic care is in Grand Forks (approximately 45 minutes east) or Penticton.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online 24/7 through our JaneApp booking system for the Penticton office. For Princeton or Rock Creek, please call the location directly. You can also call our Penticton office at (250) 492-7027 during office hours and our reception team will help you.
Do I need a referral to visit any of your locations?
No. In British Columbia, you don't need a referral from a doctor to see a chiropractor. This applies to all visits at all three locations, including ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims. Just book directly.
Are all three doctors available at all locations?
All three doctors — Dr. Condren Berry, Dr. Tamara Kornelsen, and Dr. Maia Pidperyhora — practice primarily at the Penticton main office. The Princeton and Rock Creek satellite offices operate on limited schedules. When booking, our team will confirm which doctor is available at your preferred location and time.
Do you offer evening or Saturday appointments?
Yes. Our Penticton office offers evening hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays until 6:00 PM, and is open Saturdays from 7:45 AM to 1:00 PM. We're one of the few Penticton chiropractic practices with both weekend and evening availability.
